About TownEat
TownEat connects local restaurants with the people nearby who want to eat well, and with the couriers who bring their food to the door.
What we are building
TownEat is one platform with four parts: an app for customers, a portal for restaurants, an app for couriers and a secure control panel for our own team. All four work from a single system, so a menu change, an order or a delivery update is the same information for everyone involved.
How we work
- Card payments only. There is no cash on delivery, and payments are processed by Stripe.
- Your data is protected. Our servers and main database are hosted in London, and our team signs in with strong passwords and two-step verification.
- Six languages. TownEat is available in English, Spanish, Arabic, Hindi, Italian and Portuguese.
Where we are now
We are preparing for launch. The TownEat apps for customers and couriers are coming soon on the App Store and Google Play. Restaurants and couriers who would like to join can contact us now at hello@towneat.co.uk.
